Aware of this responsibility, we as the data controller process your personal data as explained below and in accordance with the Protection Act No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) within the framework prescribed by law.
- Collection, processing and processing purposes of personal data
The Clinic initially processes the personal data of users and visitors referred to in this Privacy Policy at the stage of signing the contract. In this context, the processing of personal data is limited to the following data: personal data contact details, banking details, 24-hour video recording from cameras to ensure the overall safety of visitors to the clinic. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the following legal bases: approval, fulfillment of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligationsThe above data is stored in particular for the following purposes: Execution of service orders, contract management, carrying out accounting work, ensuring securityPersonal data that is processed after termination of the underlying contractual relationship will be deleted or destroyed unless there are legitimate reasons for retention.However, the data that the clinic needs to preserve evidence in the context of possible legal disputes will be retained by the clinic for the statutory limitation period. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in Decision No. 2018/10 of the Data Protection Authority.
Identity information of real users who register as users and guests in our clinic, entry and exit times of our clinic, visiting rooms and the names of the people who visit them, as well as video recordings from surveillance cameras. Protecting our legitimate interests of the clinic, while maintaining the security of both our clinic and our visitors and users and also the ability of users and their management to provide services is preserved for legal reasons. The data is also used for the purpose of ensuring security of the clinic and its employees and stored for the period required by law in a recorded, electronic and or digital environment. Personal data in which this possibility can be stored will not be used for purposes other than those listed; The legitimate interest of the data holder regulated in the KVK Act remains protected on its legal grounds.
Our clinic collects and stores personal data from users and visitors to our website who provide this information to us over the Internet in order to comply with our legal obligations, enter into and maintain service contracts and protect our legitimate interests. This information includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, other demographic information, professional information, contact information and traffic data that is automatically collected by our website. We store this data partly only in paper form, partly in social media and partly in both paper and digital form.
Our clinic takes all kinds of administrative and technical measures to ensure the security of the above-mentioned data shared on its website. All personal data collected via our clinic’s website is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law
1.To whom and for what purpose can processed personal data be transferred?
Access to all personal data stored in the clinic is only permitted to authorized employees and managers within the framework of the authorization matrix defined in the clinic. Personal data may not be copied in the clinic, even by authorized persons, unless this is absolutely necessary. To ensure the security of the personal data stored, the clinic uses servers that are subjected to regular penetration tests and constantly monitors the physical security and access to server rooms and other locations where personal data is stored. The Clinic takes all kinds of administrative and technical measures to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing personal data, and all key employees are trained to increase the sensitivity of personal data to the Clinic. The Clinic does not pass on the personal data in its possession to third parties, except within the framework of the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 KVKK. In this context, data is passed on by the clinic, business partners, suppliers also abroad, MSM Clinic, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, auditing companies, insurance agencies, lawyers and auditors, banks as well as public institutions and organizations.
- Method and legal basis for collecting personal data
The collection of your personal data in any oral, written or electronic form is carried out for the purposes mentioned above in order to be able to offer the products and services we offer to the clinic within the specified legal framework and in this context, to ensure that our clinic fulfills its contractual obligations fulfills obligations and can fulfill legal obligations completely and properly. Your personal data collected for these legal reasons may be processed and transferred for the purposes set out in articles (1) and (2) of this text, within the conditions and purposes for processing personal data set out in articles 5 and 6 of the KVK.
1. Rights of the personal data holder pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
If you send your requests regarding your rights as a personal data holder to our clinic using the methods indicated below in this information text, our clinic will process your request free of charge no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Data Protection Authority sets a fee, a fee will be charged according to the tariff set by our clinic. In this context, the owners of personal data;
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to request compensation for the damage. In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Clinic in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your application in writing within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law at our Clinic are explained below.

Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) grants certain rights to personal data owners. In this context, these requests can be made to the data controller in writing or via the registered email address (KEP) as part of the communiqué on the MSM-Klinik KVKK and the application procedures and principles (“Communiqué”). or information that the data subject has previously provided to the MSM Clinic. 6. Statement from the MSM Clinic
This application form has been created to determine the personal data that MSM Clinic may process and to respond to your application within the statutory deadline. If the information regarding your requests submitted in the form is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, or an unauthorized request is made, MSM Clinic assumes no responsibility for the requests resulting from such incorrect information or the unauthorized request. It is mandatory to provide all information requested in the report in this form. You are responsible for any unlawful, misleading or inaccurate Submissions.
According to Article 7 of the Communiqué, no fee will be charged if your request is answered in writing of up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish lira is charged for each page over ten pages.
If the response to your application is made on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee we receive will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
